Prohibited Goods:
1. Unpackaged Goods.
2. Goods that are not packed safely and carefully to a standard as published on our website with the outer packaging and internal cushioning sufficient to protect the goods for shock, vibration, compression and short drops during the handling and sortation process, transport and storage.
3. Any single parcel that has an actual weight in excess of 30kg.
4. Any of the following goods (regardless of how it may be packed by the customer).
o Antiques
o Paintings and works of art
o Picture Frames
o Sculptures
o Crockery and vases/porcelain/ceramics
o Marble, quartz, Caesar stone and other stone or imitation stone products
o Goods containing glass
o Monitors, computers and printers
o Televisions, plasma and TFT screens, monitors
o Automotive Panels
o Fully assembled furniture or unpacked furniture and bedding
o Household goods removals
o Unaccompanied excess baggage or personal effects for international delivery
o Lithium or Metal Batteries or products containing these batteries (including mobile phones and laptops)
o Inks/Toner cartridges
o Wine/spirits and beer
o Jewellery, gold or silver articles and precious stones or items containing gold, silver or precious stones
o White goods (e.g. clothes dryer, microwave, freezer, fridge, oven, cooking plate, water heater, air conditioner).
o Palletised goods (or items needing pallet jacks / fork lifts)
o Goods containing oil (e.g. motorbikes, scooters & gearboxes)
o Liquids
o Coins, bullion, cash, bonds, banknotes, deeds, bills of exchange, credit cards, gift cards, other documents representing money, negotiable items.
o Dangerous Goods (e.g. aerosol cans, flammable items, toxic gases, explosives etc)
o Perfume
o Livestock or animals
o Bloodstock
o Live or dead plants, trees, seeds and flowers
o Frozen or chilled meat, seafood or foodstuffs
