How to calculate CBM

CBM is referred to as a Cubic meter, a cubic meter is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height.

CBM calculation formula = Lenght (Mtr) x Width (Mtr) x Height (Mtr) = CBM] of goods package.

Before calculating CBM you need to convert the length, width & height of the box in Metter, It will make the CBM calculation process easier

For Example = Length = 2.5 Mtr. Width = 1.5 Mtr. Hight = 2 Mtr.

To calculate the Volume of cargo we need to multiply 2.5 Mtr x 1.5 Mtr x 2 Mtr = 7.5 CBM

7.5 CBM is the volume weight for your single carton, If your shipment contains 20 cartons, then you need to multiply the single carton CBM by the total number of cartons.
